Local food
I had visited at night before, but this time I visited during lunch time on a holiday. Since it was before 12 o'clock, I was able to enter the store easily. There are about 5 counter seats and table seats inside the store. There is a counter. It's okay even if you are alone.
As for Noge Oden, they also have boiled and grilled fish set meals for lunch, so you'll never get bored. Of course, the selling point is the oden set meal. There were many people who ordered things other than oden, and there were also people who ordered a variety of individual items rather than a set meal. If you order a set meal, you will receive radish oden.
This time, of course, I ordered the oden set meal. Oh, and bottled beer too. The ingredients are eggs, daikon radish, konnyaku, grilled tofu, ganmodoki, and fish cakes. It seems like you can eat large radish oden at the dinner party, but at lunch it's a small radish.
At first glance, the tsuyu is dark in color and looks salty, but if anything, the taste of the soup stock is stronger and the salt content is not that high. As expected from a restaurant specializing in oden, all of the toppings were very delicious.
Other than oden, the rice, or rather takikomi rice, is very delicious. The miso soup was also nice. Anyway, everything was very tasty and had a gentle taste.
It originally originated from a food stall in Noge, hence the name Noge Oden. It's a long-established store with a long history. No matter who makes oden, it will taste just as good. It's amazing that they are trying to sell this as much as possible.
This is a store I've been interested in for a while. I finally went.
All the oden daikon radish I've eaten so far have soaked up the best dashi stock! !
Other dishes we received included omelet, cabbage rolls, grilled tofu, and kelp.
Everything was delicious.
However...if you think about it in terms of cost performance...
It doesn't feel like it would be used for entertainment...
Well, it's a long-established oden restaurant in the Kannai area, so it might be a good place to go for a conversation.
The taste of the long-established store was too much for the taste of modern children who are used to the umami seasonings found in convenience store oden, and it felt extremely bland. Recommended for people who have high blood pressure but want to eat oden. As for the eggs, they were tasteless. However, the customer service was polite and I can no longer say anything so bad about it. When I tried to take it out, I was told that I would have to pay 700 yen for Tupperware. Where can I buy Tupperware? I thought I was bad at shopping.
I went to Noge Oden for the first time in a while, and the old one was better❗I didn't taste it at all, the rice was bad, and the sashimi was the worst. Only the prices are still high. I will never go again.
Noge Oden is a long-established oden shop founded in 1903 (Meiji 36). Although it is called Noge, the nearest station is Kannai Station, which is about a 3-minute walk.
This is my first visit in 10 years! Last time I was drunk, I don't remember much, so I took my time this time.
I ordered...
・Oden (radish, egg, fried tofu, fishball, milt, oyster)
・Grated sujiko radish
I asked for this to be served cold with Japanese sake.
The accompaniment is boiled cod roe. This is more delicious than the side dish, and you can't help but pump your fists.
The oden is dark and reminiscent of Shizuoka oden, but the sweetness is much less sweet and the soup stock is sharp. I really like this soup stock.
The radish has no strings, and despite its size, it easily fits in your stomach. The egg should be hot all the way through. Is atsuage really atsuage? It's so soft that you might think it's like tofu. Fishballs are also really delicious.
Shirako and oyster oden are seasonal items.
I don't recall ever eating Shirako or oysters in oden, but I was impressed by how they would turn out when cooked in oden.
Grated daikon radish with sujiko is a good accent to neutralize the salty taste of sujiko. This also goes well with sake. As the sake progressed, I left the store as it was getting close to closing.
Noge Oden was still a good restaurant and the best.
The oden from this restaurant is really delicious, so I highly recommend it.
Pitch black oden with dashi soup stains!
It was not as dark as the color, but it was very delicious.
The offer was fast, and the oyster oden for a limited time was exquisite ♡
The shumai is also big and very satisfying! ! !
I received an oden set meal for 1000 yen (tax included).
Contains fish balls, ganmodoki, chikuwabu, eggs, daikon radish, and grilled tofu.
The daikon radish in particular is soaked in the soup even to the core.
The fried tofu is so delicious that you'll want to order it again and again.
The landlady told me, ``The soup is delicious, so try it.'' So I tried it. It's honestly delicious!
The tea rice is also consistently delicious.
The miso soup with clams also has a gentle taste that makes you feel relieved.
The hostess was kind, guiding me to a seat where I could watch TV, and bringing me refills of tea many times.
I'll come back later!
